Now Hiring in Santa Rosa
Caregiving, the way it should feel.
We hire people who already care — then give them the training, support, and consistent hours to make it a career, not just a job. Three positions are open right now.
Why Work Here
A family that treats its caregivers like family.
Providential Fijian Home Care was built by caregivers, for caregivers. We know the work is hard — so we focus on consistent scheduling, fair pay, and real support from a team that's done the job themselves.
- Consistent client matching — not a different home every day
- Paid training in dementia care, mobility support, and safety
- A direct line to ownership — not a distant corporate office
- Flexible shifts across Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Sonoma County
